Boulevard Hospitality Group Introduces New Cultural Destinations From Los Angeles to Miami

Under BHG, the venue has been maintained and revitalized, offering modern dining while preserving elements of its architecture and culture. Today, its culinary program is led by Executive Chef Jae Hee Lee, who emphasizes seasonality, technique, and respect for the property’s history.

BHG owns and/or operates an additional number of venues specializing in entertainment, dining, and hotel food and beverage operations. This includes the historic TCL Chinese Theatre, along with concepts such as Osa Rooftop, Durango Cocina, Royal Hawaiian, Rokusho LA, Udatsu Sushi LA, Cork & Batter Road House, Ilya Restaurant, and other properties in development across Southern California and Florida. Although diverse in design and cuisine, each venue aligns with the company’s values of attention to detail, cultural preservation, and exceptional guest experiences. BHG’s newest opening, Ilya Restaurant in San Clemente, was launched in December 2025. The Mediterranean restaurant is a coastal dining experience inspired by the traditions and culinary landscapes of the region. Led by Chef Charbel Hayek, Ilya emphasizes freshness, seasonality, and an inviting atmosphere consistent with BHG’s hospitality standards. Located at 1502 S El Camino Real, Ilya’s menu is designed around vibrant seafood, wood-fired dishes, and house-made accompaniments. Its mezze selection has already become a guest favorite for its focus on quality and presentation, and entrées such as lobster spaghetti with tomato and basil and an Australian rack of lamb paired with Moroccan-spiced yogurt and lamb jus are fan favorites. The menu also features a range of pastas, raw dishes, vegetarian options, and coastal specialties, providing diners with a taste of Mediterranean cuisine in all of its forms.

The success of venues such as Yamashiro Hollywood and Yamashiro Miami demonstrates BHG’s ability to adapt historic destinations for modern audiences.
